Ordered this product third week of August and was supposed to ship shortly. Did not receive any other notifications other than the package showing up at my door for weeks later And now I have to pay to return it when I already purchased it elsewhere due to it taking forever to get here.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered the cabinet knobs. Both times they have been misrepresented on the web site. Wrong shape. I have asked that the description be corrected. Nope.Additionally, I have to re-package the knobs, then pay the shipping for the return. Just a waste of my time and money.

I ordered two of these handles for my new GE Monogram refrigerator at a considerable savings compared to GE's much higher price for something similar. They are going to look beautiful on my new refrigerator. Cabinet Parts service was excellent and I got the handles before the promised delivery date. Thank you!!!!

The drawer pulls are nice, and come with the necessary screws. The problem is that we ordered the "distressed pewter" color to match pulls from the same supplier (also labeled "distressed pewter") that we bought a few weeks before— but when placed side-by-side, these were obviously not the same color. They are much brighter (bluer?) and don't really look distressed compared to the other sizes. Would probably work fine if I only needed the 8" size, but mixing this with other sizes doesn't match.

A normal online order with expedited shipping, some parts were shipped directly from the manufacture, only that the expedited shipping was dropped, the order was scheduled for delivery 4 days later. My project for the customer was going to be delivered 4

Showed.up earlier than expected. Shipping package was not very good and the box it came in was damaged so I'm assuming the glides were not damaged.

Got it fast, and installation was easy. Product very well quilt and appears to have good quality. Much more sturdy than our old garbage cabinet rails.

Even though there is a shortage on this particular hinge part, I was able to order 75 of them at a great price, reasonable shipping charges and fast delivery.
